“The case was with the firm Arbistar 2.0. In case of a favourable outcome there was an additional fee, the amount written down in black and white from the start. They promised the world, but the bot just dumped the crypto and shut down. The lawyers filed suit at a court in Spain, where the founders’ property was seized. Out of the seized assets I was paid 12,645 euros, although considerably more had been invested. But honestly, given how many people got nothing at all, I consider this a success. The money came to a bank account in Varna. Thank you for the help and the professionalism.”
Crypto pyramid: criminal asset confiscation“24Hr Trading Academy. The FCA already had a decision on compensation, they showed me that from the documents. It was around 19,000 pounds. I’m angry at myself, not at these lawyers. They promised nothing in advance.”
Forex broker: withdrawal blocked“In Szeged I kept a little flower shop going for a lifetime, and the 12,515 euros put aside in it ended up on a platform called Fjordera. The call centre rang every day, such polite boys, from the Balkans, which I only found out afterwards. The lawyers prepared the papers for the court in Bergamo, where those people's assets were already under seizure, and they registered me as civil party in time to share in the distribution. 9,700 euros came back to me. At my age that is no small thing: it is my old age. Thank you from the heart 🙏”
Fake platform via call centre“The initial contact took place on 14/02/2019 regarding the broker UKTrade. The balance was 24,380 pounds sterling. Step 1: Evidence gathering. Step 2: Filing a complaint with the FCA. As a result, the FCA issued a decision on enforced compensation. 23,047 pounds arrived in my account. The woman who called back (Anna, I think) was polite, but sometimes mixed up the dates in the letters, which annoyed me. Despite minor slip-ups, the goal was achieved. I advise everyone to check licences carefully before transferring money anywhere.”
Forex: regulator-enforced compensation“i thought my funds on bitgrail were gone forever when the Italian court opened that bankruptcy. i'm a translator and for me 37,277 euros is a huge sum that I saved up over two years. the guys from the law firm helped me prove that my assets were on a segregated account. they recovered almost all of it in full through the insolvency estate. thanks to the court in Florence and to the lawyers. 🙏”
Crypto exchange: insolvency and segregated assets“For a good while I told nobody at home: Zenith Yield had taken my 16 thousand. Then I read that the regulator had applied for personal bankruptcy against the director, and I wrote to this firm. The administrator was already distributing the estate, the deadlines were tight, and the lawyers got my claims onto the register. 10k returned. From Rijeka I did it all by phone and email. Good work.”
Personal bankruptcy of a fraudulent director“I'm only writing now: yesterday I transferred my grandmother's recovered money into a real green fund — this time having checked every source. The fake 'eco-platform' with its call centre, the lawyers untangled it down to the last shell company. A slow process, but the ecosystem has recovered.”
Fake platform via call centre“honestly at first i didn’t believe it would work. the broker maxigrid blocked the account with seventeen thousand euros on it. the lawyers saw i had paid by card and went straight to the bank with a chargeback claim. forty days and it came back. the company is fine they gave no guarantees but they did it. now i’ll buy presents for the grandkids.”
Forex broker: withdrawal blocked“A fine landed on the broker, with an order to compensate the clients it had harmed. Carrara e Associati drew up the claim on time, the money arrived on schedule.”
