“One grey morning yet another letter about the failing bank arrived. Again the Fondo Nazionale di Garanzia. A few months of waiting. Didn’t give up – it all came through to the end right on schedule.”

“The prop trading firm froze payouts and then shut down, taking part of my funds with it. Carrara filed the claim on my behalf in good time. Is there anything simpler than a claim filed on time? I received the payout in full, within that proportion.”

“the Alderis Pay website vanished overnight and 26075 euros of mine with it. i work as a physiotherapist in lodz, patients from morning till night, i would never have got as far as a courtroom. the lawyers went after the director’s assets through the personal bankruptcy procedure, my son sent the documents on my behalf. the court-appointed administrator paid in two goes: first 15069, then another 8284 euros three months later. for a while the lawyer giovanna did not answer my emails because she was overloaded, and at that point i suspected a second swindle, i apologise for that. i got the greater part of my old-age savings back, and that is what counts.”

“That the broker's licence had been revoked I read in the news, not from him. I took the lawyers for a second scam — and yesterday €20,000 of my €36,750 came in. The difference, in kronor, is a year of shifts at the warehouse. Four stars; five I give to no one.”

“Yesterday I finally ordered the new basins for the salon — the refit had been on hold for two years because a crypto lender had blocked my withdrawal. Through a settlement almost all the money came back. Not one of my emails sat with these lawyers longer than colour sits on a client’s head — and that’s exactly how I measure service. Strongly recommend.”

“I went into Arbistar 2.0 with the face of a man who thinks he has understood trading, and it was a Ponzi scheme: 9,121 euros gone. At the first meeting they explained that the only route was joining the criminal confiscation proceedings, and that the timing is not the firm’s to decide. Last week the first payment arrived, 3,700 euros. They say there will be a further distribution of the assets seized from the fraudsters. What I value most is that nobody promised me millions to get my signature.”

“Nobel Trade are call-centre scammers. Called every single day. I took €28,303 from the family and sank it in there. The court in Monza declared the company bankrupt and convicted the director; my claim was admitted to the schedule of liabilities. The distributions brought me €14,876 back. The firm helped file the claim in that bastard's insolvency register. Thanks at least for that — I gave the money to my wife for the kitchen renovation.”
